Maria is a partner and chief legal officer of AltamarCAM Partners.
Before AltamarCAM, she was responsible for Mercapital’s legal advisory services for over 10 years. After the integration of this firm into the N+1 Group, she joined the group’s legal department as director.
Previously, she worked in the corporate law department of the law firm Sala, Acebo & Bernal, in the mergers and acquisitions team, where she became a partner.
She holds a degree in law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and has completed several courses in corporate law and private equity.
