Job Description: Main Functions
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Support in the development of financial models and valuation exercises.
- Preparation of presentations.
- Support in the coordination of projects with the client and other advisors.
- Support the senior team in marketing activities and consolidation of client relationships developed in the execution of transactions and in the search for new clients.
- Participate in structuring and execution of merchant banking/private equity transactions.
Candidate Profile
- Final year undergraduate students or recent graduates.
- Full time / part time availability from January 2024.
- Previous experience is not required, although internships in Corporate Finance/M&A, investment banking, private equity or similar experience in Transaction Services will be an asset.
- Excel proficiency and good technical skills.
- Ability to work in a team, but also independently. Proactive and goal-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word…).
- Very high level of English and Spanish essential.
