Your responsibilities …
- Support in approaching institutional clients for our product and/or customised solution offering in the areas of private equity, infrastructure, private debt and real estate
- Supporting the team with presentations and preparing for client meetings as well as follow-ups
- Coordination and management of RfPs (tenders for mandates)
- Occasional support in the areas of events, marketing and social media
- Monitoring and support of clients
- Participation in conferences and similar events
Your profile …
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, MBA and/or CFA an advantage
- First professional experience in the financial sector/asset management (incl. internships)
- Experience in servicing institutional clients an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills (at least C-Level)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
- Quick comprehension, flexibility and willingness to travel, though the position is based in Cologne
- Very friendly and open demeanor, very good manners
