Mónica is a partner of AltamarCAM Partners and responsible for co-ordinating and executing the main projects in the IT transformation plan, in which she is immersed in the AltamarCAM group, in direct collaboration with IT and the main business areas involved.
Before joining AltamarCAM, she worked in the Santander Group for 28 years, during which she occupied various responsibilities in a variety of areas, the highlights of which are: co-ordination with the regulator for IT in the Santander Group; responsibility for operational risk and cybersecurity in Banesto; other responsibilities in Banesto’s general management of business development in CRM and Internet banking.
