Altamar Advisory Partners, subsidiary of Altamar CAM Partners, develops financial advisory activities (merges and acquisitions, capital markets and financing) and merchant banking, it is currently looking for its Madrid office an Intern or a Full-Time Analyst.
Job description: Main functions
- Active participation in the process of business’ merge and acquisitions.
- Support in the making of financial modelling and evaluation exercises.
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Presentation making
- Support the coordination of different projects with clients and other advisors.
- Support the senior team in marketing activities and consolidation of client relations during the execution of operations and search of new potential clients.
Candidate’s profile
- Students in their final year of their degrees, recent graduates with up to 1 year of experience.
- No previous experience needed but will be a plus those with previous internships in Corporate Finance/M&A, investment banking, private equity or similar.
- Full-time availability. Will also be taken into consideration those candidacies from students in their final year with part-time availability, if they can later join full-time once they finish their degrees.
- High attention to detail and organized.
- Excel proficiency and good technical knowledge.
- Teamwork and autonomy skills. Proactive and objective orientated.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word…).
- Required advanced level of English and Spanish.
