Altamar Advisory Partners, subsidiary of Altamar CAM Partners, is an entity that develops financial advisory activities (merges and acquisitions, capital markets and financing) and merchant banking, it is currently looking for its Madrid office a Vice President or Executive Director.
Job description and main functions:
- Work along with the partners in the execution of operations, coordinating the team and the rest of advisors.
- Supervised the quantitative and qualitative analysis, the elaboration of financial modelling and evaluation exercises.
- Preparation of marketing material and presentation in front of clients.
- Support marketing activities, being proactive in the search of new opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
- More than 7 years of experience in Coporate Finance/M&A, investment banking, boutiques or similar. Proven experience leading M&A operations executions.
- Full knowledge of Excel, financial modelling, and technical knowledge.
- Leadership skills and teamwork.
- Proactive, objectives orientated and good management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organized.
- Essential proficient level of English and Spanish.
